Often just thinking about planning your week is enough to keep you away from doing it. However, the catch 22 is that you NEED to plan, to set yourself up for success. And since we know firsthand how overwhelming it is, we’re going to break it down for you so that you can get started now.

Here are four quick and easy ways to set yourself up for an awesome week without much fuss:

  • Unrealistic goals
  1. Make your bed first thing in the morning so your room is already tidy and ready for the day.
  2. Plan out what clothes, shoes and accessories you are going to wear and lay them out the night before, ready for the next day.

  4. Get enough sleep every night by going to bed at a reasonable time and disconnecting from electronics an hour before hitting the pillow.
